the feed from the group and as compared to if you pick the main camera, then this one is on HD. Only thing that I noticed that the feed is not on HD as compared to viewing each camera. Just double click the camera to view it full screen and click again to get back to the grid view. This is a good option if you want a constant live feed in a monitor. Now, the name will show up on the left column and when you double click it, it will show your cameras live feed simultaneously.

Pick the cameras that you want in a group, don’t forget to name the group and click ok. Click on the plus sign on the live view grid. You can also add a group up to 4 cameras in a group to simultaneously view in a grid. Just double click them to view the live feed.

You will then see the cameras that you have on your account on the left column. Put my email and the password that I used on my account in my smartphone and log in. I already have downloaded the program and I just need to open it up. So basically their PC program is mostly for viewing the cameras live or viewing recorded videos. Please note that setup and change of settings can only be done on their smartphone app. If you are a PC user and you are in north america or europe, you will be able to download and use this program to view your cameras. You can go to, click home to go to their home cameras and on the upper right menu, click on the Yi home PC app…sometimes it will get covered by the orange banner so you can x it out. If you have a PC and not a mac, you can download their viewer program through their site. A lot of you has asked me if the Yi cameras can be accessed in the computer and the answer is yes. Yi please fix the setup issue! Either have the camera connect to 5G, or let the user choose a network, or simply elininate the cameras ability to "see" a 5G network.Today, I’m just going to show all of you a short video of the Yi PC app. The camera is very nice, the quality is excellent and with the addition of a micro SD card the storage is perfect. Not sure why Yi does not allow the user to choose a network which appears in the WiFi list the ame way Honeywell and Nest and other companies do. Not sure why the Yi camera is so intent on grabbing a 5G network that it can not use or connect to. Go back to the setup and now select the 2G side I have now done this at two locations, in each instance I must:ģ. The Yi immediately selects the nearest 5G network, and there is no way to simply "select" another network in your home or office which is operating at 2G. The problem arises when you go through the setup process. The Yi only works with a 2G network, that in and of itself is not reeally a big problem. This could easily be a 5 start review but for a one issue which gets the yi camera experience off on the wrong foot.
